Before a boudoir shoot, it’s essential to prepare to ensure the best results. Here are five things to avoid before a boudoir photoshoot:

1. Injections: Any beauty injections should be done at least 2 weeks prior to avoid bruising, swelling, or adverse reactions that can be nearly impossible to photoshop.
2. Last-Minute Tanning or Waxing: Avoid tanning beds or last-minute spray tans, as they can result in uneven or streaky skin tone. Similarly, refrain from last-minute waxing or shaving to prevent skin irritation or redness.
3. Experimenting with New Beauty Treatments: It’s not the time to try out new skincare products or treatments right before your shoot. Stick to your regular skincare routine to avoid potential allergic reactions or unexpected results.
4. Wearing Tight Clothing or Undergarments: Tight clothing or undergarments can leave marks on your skin, which may be visible in your boudoir photos. Opt for loose-fitting clothing on the day of the shoot to prevent any indentations or lines.
